Description

This is a NSW State Government funded equitable housing project. The project encompassed 14 single storey houses to accommodate 45 residents that had previously lived in a nursing home. The houses to fit within the surrounding suburban context. The house designs are driven by key themes of - independent co-living, privacy, inclusion, dignity, accessibility and blending with the surrounding suburban context.
