Description

The Gracewood Stage 2 features:

• 2 Independent living apartment buildings with 40 apartments each, including a mix of 1, 2, and 3 Bedrooms over 5 stories.

• Village facilities completed as part of stage 1

• All apartments have dual frontage providing true cross ventilation.

• 3 lift cores per building each serving 2-3 apartments per floor level, via naturally ventilated breezeway corridors.

Services provided

Detailed Design development, Consultant and services subcontractor coordination, Revit BIM Documentation and construction advice for Design and Construct contract.
